About the Role:
Iowa Home Consulting is looking for a reliable, well-rounded handyman to join our team. This full-time role is for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to solve problems, and wants to grow with a company that’s growing too.

You’ll take on a variety of tasks: painting, repairs, moving, flooring, and light renovations. Every day is different, so you’ll need to be adaptable, detail-focused, and ready to jump in wherever you’re needed.

Typical Projects May Include:

• Painting and staining (interior and exterior)

• Assisting on larger home improvement jobs

Responsibilities:

• Show up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude
• Follow instructions from team lead and work independently when needed
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients
• Be adaptable and willing to help where needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential maintenance or trades
• General knowledge of tools and materials
• Willingness to perform both skilled and labor-intensive tasks
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
